Armenia is rich in sightseeing, tourist attractions and recreation areas. So me places have become resort towns, who have both local and foreign guests arrived from other countries. Weather and favorable natural conditions have always drawn resort lovers to Jermuk to have full rest, sports, Jermuk resort town was founded in 1935. It is the first-class hydrotherapy and climatic resort in Armenia and is located in the south-east, at an altitude of 1980-2080m above sea level. The mountain climate is cool in summer, winter is long and snowy. Sunshine duration is 2,300 hours per year. The average air temperature in spring is + 0.4°C, in summer + 15.3°C, in fall + 4.9°C, in winter -9°C.
As the resort town of Jermuk is known not only in Armenia, but also in abroad and it offers a varied and wide range of services for tourists and holidaymakers in the resort, hotel and hostel.
Jermuk is famous for its mineral water hall where you can drink mineral water at different temperatures. There are many facilities for recreation and leisure, sports grounds, cinema, gallery, bars and cafes.

Arzni – resort town is 1,250 meters above sea level on the Hrazdan river canyon, 23 km away from the north of Yerevan. Arzni climate is continental with mild winters (the average temperature in January is about -5°C), cool summers (average temperature in July + 22°C). Autumn is long and warm. Sunny days in a year are up to 2236 hours. Arzni main curative factors are carbon dioxide chloride sodium hydrogen carbonated waters, as well as the mountainous climatic conditions with low barometric pressure. Dilijan As the resort town of Dilijan in 1958 was given the city's republican status.

Since 1996, Dilijan, is an administrative unit in Armenia's Tavush province There are 2 dozen mineral springs in Dilijan, which have iron-chloride-sodium hydrogen carbonate, calcium compound. Dilijan is usually compared with the famous Swiss resort of Davos and Georgian Abastumani. As a resort town Dilijan is also famous with the fact that the first resort was founded here in 1921. Hankavan Hankavan is balneo climatic sanatorium. It is located in Armenia's Kotayk province, 85 kilometers north from Yerevan.

Hankavan resort zone is located in the picturesque canyon of the river, on the height above sea level of 1900 m. It is surrounded by forested mountains. Hankavan’s climate is mild, summers are moderately warm (average temperature in July and August is 16-18°C), winters are moderately cold (average January temperature is -7°C), sunshine duration is 2200 hours per year, rainfall is 660 mm. Hankavan’s main sources of healing are mountain climate and "Hankavan" mineral water.
